here you go, sorry for the shitty cell phone pic and editing program on the phone but you get the idea. numbers match. (that's why i even blued out the dmv numbers under the year sticker) and instead of de and the yellow ring of stars i have the state flag and SC.

i thought so too until i remembered i live in the south where trucks drive around with nothing back there.

I've driven everywhere from charlotte, nc to atlanta, ga and charleston, sc and have yet to be pulled over for the plate.

I got pulled over for a speeding ticket by a small town cop and he never said anything about the plate. All he said was slow down. I've been tailed by both sc and nc state troopers and nothing yet *knocks on wood*
