I think it might be FOHA lip... Euro 325e? Most of these were 323i's. Does it have swapped ETA motor or it is actually euro 325e... Some of them came with high compression eta motor ( non catalyst), great for 327i mod.

me personally living here in Germany, I wouldn't give more than 300 dollars for that car-- but being in the u.s. and you guys not having a big supply of euro bumpers........
in the end its a turd ETA with a ton of miles on it- you need to see it in person and check out the real condition of it (looks like the front end lines up VERY poorly, rusty fender bottoms, not very nice paint, or color for that matter, and bent ass bumpers)
I would personally wait on a late model 325iS/325i.

is it really worth that much? 2300. idk maybe its california , but any 325e/es is hard to sell for more than 1000-1500.

looks nice. any rust underneath? If no rust I'd say buy it. Make an offer 2000 then buy a crack free dash.

well, here in teh US, it is a rare find for a 2door, no major dings, w/what it has...and 160k is a lot to you,...mine has over 225k, and my toyota 4x4's odometer stopped working at 350,000k...but its still fast, still unstoppable, and fun to drive....(not as much fun as my cabrio).

but what i really want to do, is now move to germany, and buy 2 or 3 of these things, strip em down, and track em all.

and that is houndstooth interior right ? that is worth over $1,000.00 here...on a low price

It doesn't have converted US signals. I wonder how bad the rust is.

that is not the original material- those seats have been recovered.
ohh, and here in germany there are probably less good rust free e30s than in the u.s. nowadays. the climate over here kills all cars after 15 years of salt N snow.
