Not here. It tends to stick, thanks to V-DOT being lazy.

we got a foot coming late Tuesday/Early Wednesday. I should be on my way to Boston during it.
That's why I stick to below the Mason Dixon. :p I lived in PA two Winters ago and it was Hell. The last Winter we got so much here in Va. It blew. Hard.

Haha nice. This might sound like a really dumb question (I'm applying to Georgia Tech, so I'm curious), but how often does it snow in Georgia? I need to exercise the Subaru occasionally.....

Been in GA 27 years and it very rarely snows here. Since we have very little icy/snowy weather, GDOT does not spend any budget on suitable equipment. When it gets like this - just stay off the roads until it melts.... you'll live longer.

I'd say 10-15 times in the past 25 years.

Ohhhhh Diff in the trunk, that's a good idea. Right now I've got about 120lbs of wood in the trunk of my M3. I forgot that I had an extra diff laying around. It's going in the trunk tomorrow now that you mentioned it.

We should be getting about 6-7" tomorrow. Strangely enough, even up here in Indiana most people have no clue how to drive in the snow. I show them how it's done though.

Damn, that's disappointing. I'm used to driving for months in 6-12 inches of snow, sideways.

            Hm.

Weird, I've seen pictures from atlanta with snow before, guess it is a rare occasion, my bad.

Yeah, tons of fun in the snow in ATL. People have no training to drive at all...much less in the snow! 4.1 LSD was great for me drifting around Atlanta...with the top down.

LJ851-I agree, images are not so easy to upload because of size limitations. PITA to resize them.

MAXELHOFF, only you would be drifting e30 style in this weather with the TOP DOWN. That big lump on steel you took out of your trunk would have been handy for forward momentum, tho. Perhaps you can school me on uploading pics over a couple beers ? You need to drive the carrera again now that its so much lighter , i just got done removing the entire factory alarm system.

It doesn't snow a lot. This is there second snow of the year, the first one was about two or three inches. It does snow, however, the snow they recently had was the most in over ten years.
