Yeah the whole episode is up on finalgear. They must have just a massive budget with the amount of shit they tear up each show.

most of the time, the cars, such as this one, are provided by the car manufacturer. if these sell for 12k and they had 10 of them, that is 120k, and im sure it only costs them half, so it was 60k for a lotttt of people to see it, that is cheap advertisment.
