Never say never but I've never seen a 4-door Henna. Seen Henna on an '88 M3, and '84 318i.Lance Richert '88 M3, #35 PRO3, i3 etc.

Old man in my town had an early henna four door on diving boards.
Car even had the handicap blue CA plates
I believe he drives an e34 now

Come to think of it, I cant think of ever seeing one. I think Henna for non-M e30s was out of production by the time they started making 4-doors in 1986. I could always, however, be wrong.
