    europeanplates.com

I ordered a plate from them. Its been well over three weeks since I've paid and I still haven't heard anything about it. No email, shipping notification, nothing. Their site does not list a phone number, so I emailed them Monday night... but haven't got a response.

    This isn't normal is it?

I'm gonna say no, but I've never ordered a plate.
    Maybe it take some time?
I'm getting one from germanplates.com before their special deal ends the 15th though.

It's normal. My "SCHNELL" plate took forever from them.

Do you remember how long it took? The site says "up to three weeks" (which is obviously incorrect).

Mine took almost two months IIRC. After repeated emailings, he sent me an email w/a pic of the plate to ease my concerns.

especially since they USED to be cool.

If someone is getting busy doing something else (like school) thye should be honest and tell people that up front. Ive learned most people will be patient if you tell them up-front.

Ben and group, I just had another plate stamped and will get it in the mail today. The first one sent but my USPS tracking dead ends it in portland. No excusses here just simply USPS and us having a some huge order coming in lately.

Yes we are a little slower then a few of the others but our prices are better and the quality is second to no one else on the internet hence the longer stamp time and process. We also have a new site we are creating which will speed things up a ton. Plus as far as I know we are the only ones to offer huge discounts for group buys. BTW we have 9 group buys totaling over 1300 plates right now so you can see why we take up to 3 weeks on orders.

Ben I through a couple decals in there for free and refunded shippng as I iwll get a some back through USPS.

                    Thanks,

                    Tyler

Yeah, I just ordered a custom one from Germanplates.com and it's saying 3-5 weeks. Does certainly take a long time though.

That makes me feel beeter as they did have a week turn around, they may have realized it is just not possible to do when doing any type of volume.

                        Thanks,
