He's asking too much money. I would say the most that car is really worth would be around $5k. People ask a lot of money for 540/6's but I don't ever actually see them sell for that much.

They don't sell for that much because of lowballers like you. The 540/6 is a very desirable (and rare) car, and this one appears to be in great condition and enthusiast owned. But at the end of the day the car is worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it, and what the seller is willing to accept.
