What skirts are these?

I am trying to figure out what style skirts these are. They are fiberglass and have no manufacture markings so I have to assume they are reproductions of something. They look nice but what are they?

P.S. The wheels are for sale, I know most people on here are not looking for these but thought I would put it out there.
