anyone have install instructions for E30 OEM seat heater

Got a brand new kit with the elements and switches. I needed to know how the stock oem install is and where the relay goes? can anyone help?

Brendan Purcell has a good article on seat repair. Good reference for tearing seats down and putting them back together. It does not cover heater elements though..

I think installation would go something like:
1) strip seats down
2) install heater pads between foam and upholstery
3) route wires as convenient
4) install switches in console
5) put things back together
