Another problem yet again..loud noise coming from front end

I just developed another problem and hopefully I could get some help once again... I just finished installing bilstein sports, racing dynamic green springs, sway bar endlinks, and tie rods. I'm getting this horrible sound from the drivers front area. It seems to happen whenever I turn the wheel either way. I was coasting back and forth making this happen at the shop I work at, while cutting the wheel hard left. It popps once, then a delay, then again. It almost sounds like the spring is popping in/out of the top of the strut where it sits. Any ideas?

I would go back and make sure that everything is tight. Check the large nut that secures the shock into the strut housing and also the top nut that hold the shock into the bearing.

Also check your ball joint. Jack up the front end and wiggle the tire with hands at 12 and 6 and 9 and 3 o'clock.

I had it on a lift earlier to make sure everything was tight. We actually didn't check the nut that holds the shock insert in, I'll check that tomorrow. No play in the ball joints.

How loud is the noise? Can you feel it in the car too? Will it do it if you turn the front wheel, by the front wheel with your hands, while on the lift?

The noise is very loud, could easily hear it outside and definitely feel it in the car. It will not make the noise on a lift, turning the wheel by hand from side to side.

Yes, the guide support washer was installed. I found this reply in another thread and this seems to be describing the problem I'm having,

Clunk sound? I mentioned this a few times after installing these with spring pads.
After grinding them down to stock diameter, I still got a clunking noise during slow turns (ie. parking lots) in my right front. Before grinding them down it was in both sides and very loud. Basically what's happening is the perches are turning and the springs bind to a point and finally catch, gives off a clunk sound, annoying as fuxk. I hated them.

If your spring is recoiling on the perch your upper mount bearing is not rotating when it's loaded.

K thanks guys. I'm going to have to take everything back apart to see what's installed incorrectly.
