I believe most Walmarts can do that if you provide a picture. Not sure on the quality, but its not that hard.

I got it off a GroupOn deal and ordered through that. The company was called PhotoWeavers. Quality is TOP NOTCH! REALLY happy with it. Best part was on GroupOn it was 1/2 price with free shipping!

There isn't that much camber. There are pillows on the couch so you can't tell but the blanket is not flat. The car does have -3.2 front camber and the wheel was slightly turned to the right so it made it look worse...
