Locked keys in car...ripped cabby top

I've owned multiple e30's for 14 years now and I've found that it's near impossible to lock your keys inside. Is your central lock system dead?

yup. i push down the locks on both doors when i leave automatically without thinking about it. i shut off my car (thank god), and jumped out.

not that poppin. theres about 5 of us that get together. but theres like 2-3 around town with baller e30s that ive never met. the street scene isnt too big either. everyone knows everyone
