Yes it does,i have been working in and around bmw's for over 16 years. Manual trans cars dont have an "a" on the door sticker after what model the vehicle is.

God I wish my daily was a manual. Problem is, to swap it would take a subframe, ecu, transmission, axles, pedalbox, center console, and new linkage. Talking over $1K in good used parts.
