Swapping in a LSD, have some questions.

My 2.93 open diff blew up on the freeway a few days ago so swapping in a 3.25 LSD. My main question is do I need anything besides a new diff cover gasket and the hardware already installed on my open diff to do to this repair. Is there any seals or o-rings or anything the like I will need? This is the first major repair I've done on a car without any guidance so I want to make sure I don't mess anything up. I was also wondering where to get replacement bolts for attaching the axle to the diff since one of them was sheared off.

I already searched for answers but if any of these questions have been answered anywhere else already please let me know.

drive shaft bolts? Call the dealer, or ask a local if he has one...

dont forget a fluid change. Sometimes when a new diff is swapped in a car. They start to leak. I have confirmed this be be true, and they are moved very sliiightly out of there place before removal.

usually is the side o rings.

or just get a bolt and put it in...

    Please leave feedback below, thanks

if you want to go all out you can get a complete gasket/seal kit for the diff.

if you have it out you might as well. are you swapping a whole diff or just the insides?

I'm swapping the whole diff. I just need to swap the diff cover from the open diff onto the lsd. Are the driveshaft bolts self locking? I don't really know what all seals I will even be working near. The diff I bought is used and is decently greasy/grimy do you think that indicates a slight leak there might be? In which case I guess I should change out all the seals.
