what kind of gains would i get running the individual throttle bodys on an s50

Real S50's came with ITB's, are you talking about a US spec S50

You get more throttle response then power gains.

i have a us spec motor and i am considering running them but i cant outweigh the cost in my head as of now

No point unless you're going to change the cams to utilize the better air flow capacity. With the amount it'd cost to do it right, you might as well track down a real S50 and save yourself the hassle..
