lolz they mean like it doesn't come in a box, like how if you bought some online from a certain company at average prices, and you bought like 4 of them you would get a UPS or fedex or whatever package, with 4 boxes in that, each containing one speaker. this way basically you order 4 you get a shipping package with packing peanuts and 4 speakers in that
