    best combonation... opinions needed

Well my front struts and rack and pinion are totally gone after hitting a curb very lightly which is wierd. Anyway I figured I'd take this oppertunity to upgrade my suspension. I'm looking to lower my car and gain a smooth yet controlled ride. It's not a track rat it's an everyday driver yet I want performance balanced with a smooth ride. Not too soft not too stiff and a significant lowering. Any suggestions please be specific. I'm talking suspension, springs, strut, sway bar, the whole package. Thank you.

PS If possible please list where to purchase them at lowest price. =)
    I go wuaaaaaahh pssssshhhhh!!!!

Try a search on this topic, there are hundreds of threads. But to get you started, a decent combo: H&R Sports/Bilstein Sports/Suspension Techniques sways (that's what I am running now, but eventually will convert to a GC setup).

Eibach/Bilstein Sport setup any good? That's what I had in mind for mine...

This is the exact setup I am running and have no complaints. It is a nice drop, while not being too harsh on the street. If it were going to be a dedicated track car, I would say to go with something different, but for street puposes, it is great.

how smooth? I don't want it too soft.

H&R cup-kit seems to be pretty soft...i always hear ppl who like to auto-x saying its too soft, but its also quite low, so that should work out for what yer asking for.
