    Thinking of selling my car...

And heres the problem. My cars body is pretty straight except for the fact thats its lowered so the rocker panels arnt perfect and the PO ran the car off the road and damaged the passenger floorboard. How much should i sell the car for in its condition? The odo quit working but its 235xxx miles, 5 speed swapped, timing bely changed a couple weeks ago, quite a bit of suspension replaced, and really smooth running(needs cap and rotor to be perfect mechanically). Im really looking for an e34 touring, does my car match up to a fair trade?

There is a scrape from the oem jack on the fender, it was photoshopped out.

car looks like it might be worth about $3-3.5k. the issue with trading for a touring is that most people go up in car size. like 2door to 4door, 4door to touring, touring to suv/van. so its not only hard to find touring but someone wiling to trade, even harder. I'd either keep what you have or try to sell it for as much as you can and then go buy a touring.

I'd say it looks like a $2k car, maybe $2.5k if you take care of the cap/rotor and clean up the dent in the door. Otherwise it looks like a pretty nice car.

I think you'll be hard pressed to get much more than that with an estimated 235k miles on it. How extensive are your records?
