    i think the dude is saying that $60 includes the shipping, but you're effectively paying for it. he seems a bit ...off... though.

      I love my local powder guy, and like to support him when I can but he's only open from 9-5 and I work 50+hours weekly, It's far better for me to slap a UPS label on a box of parts and have them picked up then dropped off at back at my doorstep. I do occasionally pay a local college student to run parts to the machine shop ect. but for light stuff shipping is turning out faster and easier.
