Windows wireless networking annoying popup box.

That annoying little popupbox in the system tray that pops up and lets you know everytime your signal fluctuates. I KNOW it can be disabled, how the hell do you do it?

Pretty sure its just a service you can shutoff.

If you want to do that Jordan here's how.

Start >> Run >> type 'services.msc' >> Scroll down to Wireless Zero Shit >> then right click disable it.

I'm pretty sure you can't turn off just that specific balloon. However you can disable them all. The site below gives you directions.

If you don't want to disable them all you should be able to get rid of the icon which should eliminate most if not all off the popups. Just double-click the icon in the taskbar, click properties and uncheck the box that says "show icon in the notification area when connected".

Do what I did...buy a Mac and not have that annoying popup in the first place ;)

Actually I have the same problem with my PC (yes I have a PC, but its only for running ETK). I'll have to try the suggestions listed.
