I measured the diameter of my wheels..

So I measure the diameter of my rims and the tape says 15". But My tires say 195/something/r14. What does that mean? Are my basketweaves 14" or 15"????
I just don't want my car looking funny if I drop and put less rubber on them wheels ya know? It kind of sounds like a dumb question but i'm serious. Thanks guys :D

If your tires say R14 then you are on 14s. End of story.

14 US inches = 15 canadian inches. simple as that.

I put R14 tires on my 15" wheels. They are a tighter fit and thus, hold more air pressure so my ride is super stiff.

If your tires are r14 then they are 14's. What you are talking about is the number you have labeled as "something" That number tells you how tall the side wall is in relation to the width which is the currently 195.

Nope, the first one has euroweaves which are 15in and the second one they are 14in.
