M42 mounting bolts

Hey guys so this is probably a stupid question, and i searched for awhile, but was size of bolts do i need to use to bolt the m42 to a engine stand?

Take all the tranny bolts you got and take them to the hardware store so you can make sure you get the correct threading.

Measure the depth of the engine stand mounts and make sure the bolts you get are longer than that measurement plus the depth of the threaded part on the block.
