Here's the clear coat... Kinda patchy but I think a little steel wool will make it smooth, color blend is spot on... Mount tommorow, we'll see how they look

So I also picked up new kidneys since mine were cracked, painted the old ones black out of curiosity and I like it,

I also painted my us spec grills. I figured what the hey cuz I want euro spec ones anyways...

But what I'm not to sure about is painting my worn silver headlight liners black...

Any suggestions??

i haven't painted my not cracked kidneys yet though.
the cracked ones seem to sit sideways a little? or maybe the front bracket area, because i noticed a small dent on the front of the hood. probably what caused the cracked kidney

Looking good, im doing a similar project right now, I got bored of waiting for new emblems so i found my old roundels sanded then then shot them with a couple layers of gold paint looks kinda cool as a solid dot. BTW any tips on prepping the grille, its not exactly a friendly surface to clean. :-(
