Thanks man, now I truely know how bad my paint job is. I think it was repainted at some time because there is clear coat coming off of the outside of the c-pillar (4dr). :shock:

Hold on captain. What year is your car? There's a chance your "bad paint job" isn't calypso - it may be burgundrot. Go look under the hood on the driver's shock tower - it'll ahve a tag telling you what color it is.

If it says calypso, then yes, go get your car buffed and/or painted.

If it says burgundrot, stop buffing. Give up :)
