First to Last

I'm a new e30 owner and Im wanting to fix it up.
I don't know where to start.
On this thread post the very first thing you did to your
e30 to the very last most recent thing you did. I think
it will give a lot of people ideas.

First, i did a basic tune up and made sure everything was running good! Last, I lowered it

First was a tune up and wash. The last, was managing to get it stolen :(

Start by cleaning it up tanking pics and posting them here.
After that start on:
Take a notepad and go around the car inside and out, write down every broken, missing iffy part and spot.
Timing belt job asap if you don’t know when it was last done.
Hunt down the oil leaks, oil pan gasket, and valve cover.
Get a valve job done.
Then all the ball joints and bushings.
Bleed break and clutch.
Then lower the car.
Get an alignment.
Get new wheels.
Drive it till you break something.

First, I acquired it.

Last, I pulled the M20 and blown 4hp22.

Is the M20 just the stock motor or a swap?
And how much is a timing belt
