Looking for an E30

Hey guys, I've started looking to buy an E30 and i've stumbled across this E30 http://greensboro.craigslist.org/cto/2297834187.html I'd say he's a bit over priced seeing as he has a rusted front quarter panel and 250,000 miles.. I was thinking of offering $2000? Just wanted to check to see if you guys see that fair or would you go lower? Thanks in advance

Just thought I'd stop in again, I decided to pass up the last one I linked so Sunday I'm going to look at a red 1991 318is. Absolutely no rust, I'll hopefully come home with it if all turns out well.
