    Heh.

Well I ordered some. emailed and made sure they were in stock first.

I hate how cheap OE center caps are on late model wheels.

      Wow man-spinners.

When I was a little kid I remember looking out the side window and seeing the odometer hubs on the big trucks. I thought they were so cool! It sure beat interacting with the grown ups in the front seat and my suck-ass kid brother on the other side.

Yeah, take a look at the caps of the rims on the trailers of big rigs. They have odometers built in (I'm guessing to keep track of the mileage of the tires). Like the BMW spinners, the always remain upright.

Hopefully they get to you without incident. Between that wing for your mom's M3 a while back, the trouble you've had with Bav Auto, and your tires, you have some of THE worst luck with ordering shit online I've ever witnessed. If you're lucky, maybe they won't send them UPS.

wow, how odd. i thought i was the only one odd enough to stare at those things on trailers as a kid. I dont feel so odd now. I must agree, it was alot of fun trying to read them at 55 miles an hour riding in back of the 70s hippie van of my parents.

I replace the mofos. They are 99.999% of the time on trailers, since they don't have any other type of odo. Keeps track of mileage so you can guage how long brakes, tires, and chit like that last.

                    Keep it slideways!!

Any particular reason why they have to stay upright?

                      Sold it.

I imagine that's part of how they measure the mileage. If they rotated with the wheel they'd be useless.

"See, we're adding a little something to this month's sales contest. As you all know, first prize is a Cadillac Eldorado. Anyone wanna see second prize? Second prize is a set of steak knives. Third prize is you're fired."
