it is not real. Alpina decks were all stock bmw with alpina paint. the late e34 535 actually had alpina on the cover with the bmw logo. this is the only deck with alpina on it.

That is the official word from Alpina. They say that very few got them though, the early ones.

That thing is fucking awesome. I would totally put that in an Alpina themed E30. Looks really good.
