    What's an M20b25 worth?

    I'm picking up a 325is parts car and someone is already asking about the engine. The car is still at the shop that installed the new timing belt and thermostat on it, theres a NIB distributor cap and rotor sitting in the car. I'm not sure of milage and have never heard it run.

    What's a fair price for me to ask? I see them on here for like $4-500 from my research. I might some day need it but my daily is a 4 cyl. and my project is getting a 24v so I really don't need it unless I want to swap my touring...
