    Clean or Raw?

Ok so here's the current dilemma. I have a '90 325is with 118k on the clock that I bought BONE stock and I consider it pretty clean. So far I have done the head gasket, tranny swap and various other mods.

Over the last couple of weeks I have been questioning whether I should keep it "nice and clean" or "just plain raw". meaning should it be clean and stock looking interms of interior or should it be gutted and turned into a street monster. I will be doing some sort of engine swap over the summer and doing suspension so it will kind of be a beast either way. Wut yall think?

          LOL.

Yeah, the "Goodwill Grandpa slacks" shift boots and the stamped sheet metal/fenceboard roof racks are really giving it that street monster look, for sure. Not to mention that baller Stanceworks sticker. You're well on your way.

just save up for a motor swap and suspension. With out those then what good would a full out race interior be good for?

Think 5 years ahead and ask yourself if you're going to be happy with what you've done.

No one said it had to look like my car.

But be serious. How much money are you going to spend on a "full track set up, racing seats/ rollcage "the works" interior? And what for? From the pics, it appears you haven't even lowered the car yet, yet you made it a point to advertise Stanceworks, and you want to turn the car into a street monster?

I think you need to decide if you're going to follow this most recent automotive trend (and yes, the whole stance/roof racks/plaid thing is a trend, it will be replaced soon enough by something else), or if you're going to be serious about a direction you want to take your car in.

i totally understand what your saying but i have no intentions on going with the next trend. i had an e46 before this and i refused to do the whole roof rack euro thing but once i got the e30 i couldnt resist since it fits the cars personality. but i hear you none the less

and it looks like i will be killing myself in the near future

Most people mix up "you're" and "your" from time to time. However, you can learn to avoid this common writing mistake by memorizing the proper way to use each word. Understand the proper usage of the word you need. The best way to do that...
