This makes me really hope I get into the school I want in Canada when it's time to transfer in the spring. I'm not dragging my E30 up there, so I'll need to sell it, then I'll use the money to search high and low for a touring like the one above. :o

What he said. There's quite a few, even some 325iX tourings.
And naturally there's a decent amount of modded tourings. I know of one that has 350 or so HP and torque.

Oh Canada!
Honestly I don't know why those of you from the rust free southern U.S. would lust after salt laden Canadian cars though. I mean if the cars is from the B.C. lower mainland where they never use road salt then maybe but rust is a motherfucker up here.
