does anybody know how to replace a window?????

i finally found a door for my 4 door but it has no window, the previous owners removed it. i have a spare glass window and i want to install it in the door i got, how do i do this? anybody have a tutorial or willing to walk me through it?

It is pretty easy.

Have you taken the door panel off and looked at it yet?

If you take the mirror off and remove the outer wipe strip, it is much easier

well the thing is, the door is off the car. i detached it with the window rolled down. i have the door panel off and i see a bunch of bolts. should i just unscrew all these bolts?

are you trying to gut the door, or just pull the window?

just pull the window. and i need to reinstall the window into another door.

likely you will need to run the motor, grab a 12V battery to power it

but the thing is, the frame is bent, so the window barely rolls up half way...

Take a sawzall & diamond edge blade to the top frame of the the door. :D Then it'll roll all the way up!

Also, make sure the window matches the door. IE if tiy have a late model and the new door has early internals.
