Elipsoids connector P/N?

Does someone knows what is the correct part number for it?

My car came originally with the sealed beams or non elipsoids beams so I need to fit the right conectors for them.

Would be this 5 on the graphic?

What else is need to switch/convert it satisfactory?

It does look right for the selaed beams but not for my euro smileys beams from what I can tell.
