Does the VIN being scratched off not raise alarms to anyone else? Can the DMV do that? I'm honestly not familiar but that seems sketchy not to mention that looks like a hack job of a swap, body looks a tad rough but if talked down to the right price and motivated to clean it up would be a hell of a car.
