BLUNTECH from what I have been told. I used to buy most of my stuff from pelican, but since I recently bought some stuff from BLUNT I will be using no one else. Customer service is top notch and prices are fantasic.

bavauto is far from cheap! lol they are rip off artists.
amazon is pretty good, saved me about 250 over bavauto BS.
bluntech though for 85% of my stuff. i have ordered tbelt kits, CSB, and a short shifter from him, great seller, cant stress that enough...
however, i have heard he likes to add some art to packaging of certain customers, the ones he REALLY likes lol.

Funny, everyone talks about the great customer service of Blunt and I have yet make any interaction with them. Exactly one month ago from today, I tried to PM and the box was full. So I sent an email instead. Didn't hear back. Sent another email. Didn't hear back. Sent another email. Didn't hear back. Called 4 times over a 4 1/2 hr period around 12-4:30PM Eastern time and phone line was busy. Everytime. Maybe I'm just unlucky. Regardless, I ended up sourcing my part elsewhere. I can understand if a company gets busy, but 4 emails? really?

Now that they have the new website up and running, I may consider ordering from them again.. If I have the part numbers handy. I was very disappointed.

Edit Brandon I save all of my emails going back years.. I do indeed have one email from you sent 5/4/11 and thats the only email I have ever gotten from you. It did indeed go unanswered and I apologize for that. I get an average of 150 emails a day and occasionally one slips through the cracks . I have an archaic system that worked great for 20 orders a day but things are changing and so are we,.. I apologize that it was your email that was missed but I dont see 4 emails unless you used a different email address. Give us another shot and Ill offer you some free shipping or something else to make you happy...

Brandon Im very sorry to hear of this. In fact Im surprised. I think there is some problem we are unaware of. I think if you ask around youll find I normally respond within 1/2 an hour of an email even at night. What number were you calling? We recently moved and have a new number so If you called 612 298 5725 i can understand why you couldnt get through. We are now in a fortified secure area that doesnt get cell reception. Ive been running the business for 7 years on a cell phone i have with me 24/7. The new land line to the situation room is 952 473 7278. Please call me personally and i will take care of you and make it worth your while for the hassle factor. Please give me your email address so i can search for it and see what the deal is there//..

I order parts through Levent at Guten Parts exclusively. (He's ZM Blue Devil on this board.) Everything from hard-to-get items, to everyday stuff (gaskets, nuts, bolts, brake lines, etc). Levent ships fast, has great prices, and is a great dude in general.

^I thought guten get's it's parts from blunttech? I'd go right to the nipple to get at the milk. Less middle men.

Either way...Blunttech it is for me. Good service wins every time.

Steve, thank you for getting back to me. Please understand I wasn't trying to call you out, I was just giving my honest experience. I will go into detail with you further through email. I appreciate the quick response and it seems you do live up to your reputation. I will do business with you. :)

On a side note, the other three emails I sent to you were through my business email, hornb@bravurabrass.com. May be an issue on my end if you didn't receive any from
                              that address.
