DIY shifter replacement???

I can't seem to find one anywhere. Just got a z4 2.5 with bushings and stuff but dont know how to install it :(

Yeah, I'm confused too.

Really though, you take it apart, throw away all the old parts, then put it all back together with the new stuff. Not really brain surgery.
