So I figured out the hard way on how to time the engine. I bent a valve woohoo time for a rebuilt head. Ivwill be doing a billet 272 now with hd rockers and a porte job.

I was changing timing belt and I moved crank with belt now wraped around cam gear. Then when I went to adjust cam to be inzic with crank I must of not lined it up correct. Cranked then engine heard a backfire in throttle body. Stopped cranking it went to sleep since I was tiered called a budy for help. Turned crank by hand and it jamed up wright before tdc. Opened valve cover 1 intake was lifted with lobe engaging hence bent valve.Your signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.Comment
