The flow of the traffic is 70 to 75. Officer said I was doing 85 to 90 ( complete bull) officer pulled me over because he said he saw me hit the brakes, I'm not sure what he ment..
I'm definitely going to fight this he had no reason to pull me over besides a busted tail light! and he didn't even say anything about that btw the car isn't mine it's a females so I was driving super carefully

I don't know about you, but I think the idea of anyone being allowed to do whatever speed they like is fucking terrifying. I mean, you, me, the members of this forum, we can all handle it. But everyone else? Yeah....no thanks.

I just ate a $580 ticket for 60 in a 35 (it was 45 but raining). I almost fought it but as I have been hearing they hold trials a little differently now. Rather foolish but I also wanted to do driving school and if you lose you typically lose that option as well.

Regardless of the "flow of traffic" you were the one picked out and pulled over. What is there to argue?

I was on a road trip down there last year and got clocked at 95 in a 30. Oops. I fought it and got it reduced to 60 in a 30 and from reckless to negligent driving. Had to drive back down from Washington for court but it was totally worth it. I've had good experiences with the CHP. Good luck!
