There is a bulb on the harness behind the gauge cluster..

Where does it plug into? I can't figure it out. Ive attached a photo but still don't know where this thing should go, or if it even belongs here.

.. But if it doesnt, where does it go?

you should have 2 bulbs that plug into the circle with the notches openings on either end of the cluster.

I have one plug that splits off the blue clip. The only other blub is the one running to the the side panel for the light switches, which connect to that panel. So I should have two bulbs right behind my cluster? Where would the other bulb come off of on the harness (split off from which clip)?

Ok if that is the abs light I know that I have a similar hole for another bulb which I can't find and I know why...

Call this incredibly noobish and stupid but as I was connecting the last clip to my gauge cluster I realized I did not see my big puke green one. My guess is the bulb is link to that line. That said I honestly have been tracing my harness as far as I can go without removing anything and cannot find it. This is incredibly frustrating because I have been putting this dash together little by little over the course of two months ( I know I move slow but I'm in no rush) I really think that green clip is hanging freely somewhere behind my dash and close to the motronic unit mounted above the glovebox because that is what it's directly wired to right guys? Any help would be appreciated. I was so close to having this done and now I have to tear everything down again.

I though it might be behind that Ac vent directly behind the cluster but realized there is no space (or is there?) behind it for a clip to be. I tried pulling the hardness in front of the vent but it started to bend and I was afraid I was going to crack it. If I remove that vent I know I will never be able to pop it back in to place with the whole thing mounted to the car.

Pics to explain my retarded problem:

I found this image online. I found this plug and plugged it in to the green cluster. My question: is this the only wire that plugs into the green plug area? If so i guess I'm good.

I plugged in everything else, started the car, and sped it up my driveway but still the speedometer did not move. What am I missing guys?

              EDIT:
Also, this cluster has been out of my car for about 2-3months. I read somewhere that there are batteries in these clusters, does that have anything to do with the speedo not working?

                Here is an idea:

                1. go download the ETM from wedophones.com

                2. Look through the lens of the cluster, see which holes are open (no bulb)

                3. Look up the wiring diagram for each of those open bulb spots.

                4. Match the wire colors on your random bulb to the indicator shown on the ETM

                5. PROFIT! (or, just have knowledge and power, plus a functioning indicator)

                Luke

there was a plug that attaches to the green unit at the back of the cluster housing. might have came loose.

My cluster is just like the pictures above. I have one plug going into the green plug area. Am I missing more plugs? (if so, I dont see anything else that is free). I can't imagine the speedo getting all it's power and info from that one plug though.

                          Updates

So after spending the better part of the day on this I said fuck it and plugged that one wire into the green plug area and drove it for about two miles. Part of the way into the drive the speedometer finally came to life and I was relieved but discovered a new problem.

I went to pull the light switch to test the lights and discovered that though my headlights turn on, my interior illumination lights don't want to. It's weed because my obc has power but it's always VERY dim. When I pull the switch for I interior lights the radio dims but nothing else happens.

A few more things to note though, my window switches are always lit, my gong doesn't go off. Also, my front bumper is off so my fog lights and bumper lights aren't concected. Could this be the cause of the interior lights not operating correctly?
