I had a similar thing happen to me at an autocross in my friends e36 and i kept on spinning out I finally went to the pits and realized that one of the springs had somehow popped out of the seat so every time i stepped on it that one corner would squat all the way down and the throw the rest of the car off.

yup this was it! well done sir.

the toe bolt on the drivers side was completely undone, and the ride side was starting to loosen up. made them crank them down this time!

we are all good and tight now!

Check the bolts that hold your diff to the sub frame. They are in an akward place and are hard to get tight. Just a tip since you found the issue.

Glad you got it figured out.

Yeah, just a single tack on the lip somehwere so it won't back out, somewhere you can go in and grind off easy if you need to remove.
