how easy is it going from sheet metal shifter carrier to aluminum shifter carrier?
how easy is it going from sheet metal shifter carrier to aluminum shifter carrier?
i want to replace the earlier model e30 sheet metal shifter carrier with the later model aluminum shifter carrier...my questions are; does the aluminum carrier bolt right up,or do i need to do some frabication?
some transmission have the mounting points for both shift consoles, if yours does then its just bolt in. if your does not have the mounting point on the trans, then you're SOL.
