    Obsesssion

Yesterday I spent time out of my busy day to wash my car. I'm trying to get my car to super clean status. I spent 30 minutes washing the door jambs so they look like new. I realized this damned car is an obsession. I wonder if anyone else has any weird OCD things they clean or maintain in their E30.

yeah, I wash my car in segments (per panel) and quickly rinse. I do this at least three times and change soap once in between. Then if I have time I waste another two hours or so drying and waxing.

and that's with a crappy bronzit, who knows how I'll treat it once I get it a respray of whatever color I end up choosing.

I did that for awhile. I just drive through the auto car wash windows down sunroof open and it cleans everything sparkly clean.

I have a little mini-brush out of my shaving kit I keep in the front ashtray for when dust gets around the switches. *eye twitch*

I'm the same way. And nothing laying around anywhere or in the back seat, I hate when I hear stuff being thrown around when take turns hard. :p

Yeah, when I park the steering wheel has to be perfectly straight up and down, and I clean my wheels with q-tips. Sometimes I also clean the bottom of my car. Oh, and the rear seat belt sliders have to be tucked into the rear seat gap.

                        I don't give a shit. It's a e30.

I wash it more than I do my e46. I vacuum it 2x a week. I wipe down the interior probably more.

I keep a small paintbrush in my door pocket to dust at stop lights.
I at least wipe down the lips on all my wheels before leaving the driveway.

I always try to clean under the rear seat. I always find something new over there eventhough no one sits there. I wonder how stuff get in there. It bugs me to hell.
