I agree. My gf drives an e30, is on r3v, enjoys the fruits of my labor on my 2 e30's, and still complains once in a while. The cars do take a lot of time, but different ladies require different amounts of attention to keep them happy. It will all work out. Just dont try to understand it, cus you will get nowhere. :)

My GF is Definitly Jealous of my cars. But theres a point when it does become impractical to work on them as much as i do. Weve worked out a compromise. But like you guys mentioned. She doesnt mind driving them around

I see both sides of the argument as a chick that loves LOVES E30's (have since I was 14) but also loves LOVES her boyfriend (had a crush since I was 15ish). I have everything I've ever wanted right now. I'm a happy camper.

I tried to make a deal that for every hour he spends on the car, he has to spend with me - no dice. But I knew what I was getting into, and he never hesitates to help me with my baby. So that's just life folks. The article does have good pointers, I pout less if I'm involved and learning.:rofl:
