if I'm not mistaken isnt that a pre 96 motor? metal oil filter housing? the oil cap is in the wrong place?

thats a obd1 valve cover

No OBD2 has the oil cap near the front, OBD1 has it near the firewall. It's an OBD1 intake manifold.
