How to dispose of a shell + metal?

I need to dispose of an E30 shell and two long blocks. It is a bare shell and is completely useless so it's just taking up space and so are the two long blocks (They're also bare, no pistons, and the cylinder walls are shit so they're also useless) What would be the best way to dispose of these things?

$240 a ton for scrap metal around here. Someone will want it.

Scrap it. Haul it down to a junkyard that also pay's out for aluminum cans They'll take care of it, and give you money. If you don't have a title, cut it up into many little pieces and take them down there over a course of a couple weeks.

if you have a way to haul it, take it to the local scrap place and get $$ for it.

If not, post it up on CL for FREE!!!!! and I guarantee you'll be swamped with emails wanting to pick it up.

Like Lance said, scrap cars are bringing ~$10-12 per 100 lbs, but you've got to be able to bring it to the scrap place.

I've done this three times now, the last just a couple weekends ago. We load up the shell onto my dad's big lift trailer, and he takes it down to a local metal recycling yard, Padnos, about 20 minutes away. He got something like $120 for it.
