I very well may be retarded for not knowing this, but apparently hartge did suspensions for the E30. I was taking some photos to sell some billies, and noticed a little etching on the bottom of the shock.

Needless to say, they're no longer for sale....

BUT! Meow I'm super duper ultra mega hardcore extreme pissed that the person I bought the car from had the rear suspension changed due to it "absolutely destroying rear tires, it was less expensive this way".

It seems that the only parts I'm missing from the hartge suspension, is the rear springs. God. Fucking. Damnit.... Where in the blue fuck am I going to find THOSE?!

FML. I want the hartge rear springs meow. I apparenly have the front ones and hartge shocks as well..

How bout some slammed 650 lb billi G group springs, similar to the E46 M3 Billi PSS9 rears, compress to 4.5" got some perches somewhere arround here

just because its Hartge doesnt mean it's good after 20 years of wear. Ebay coilovers are probably better than those now-- still a cool part to have though.

I would get them rebuilt. If Bilstein can even support them anymore.
I wonder how they are against billie sports. From what I have found/gathered they're a stiffer valving and shorter stroke compared to stock shocks.

They work fine though. way stiffer than the boge's I handled earlier.

I will say. This car has turned out to be a couple pages out of the hartge catalog for E30's...

I have \/that\/ for road mayhem and track carnage for now... I'm not in the market for coilovers. A nice comfortable setup for Spirited DD status will make my day.
