anyone have any experience with these?

so, i just picked up another 5 lug swap yesterday. it was a complete pain in the ass to get the swing arm bolts out of the subframe. as it turns out a p.o. replaced the stock swing arm bushings with these:

i think they are uuc's urathane adjustable offset swing arm bushings. have any of the members here used these? are they worth a crap? how do they compare to the weld in type? if these are so good, why doesn't everyone just buy these to save all the hassle of pulling out the sub, taking it down to the welding shop, and getting the other style fabbed in? by looking at them, i would appear that they have a travel adjustment of about 1cm or perhaps a bit more.

since they don't have much elastamer material, it seems like the might make the ride quality a bit harsh.

Not really worth the trouble. They will slide out of alignment over time, not a good alternative to camber and toe kits.

EDIT: also point out that they do not offer near the degrees of adjustment that a proper weld in kit.
