skid plate color?

Had a skid plate made yesterday out of 1/4 inch hardened diamond plate. Was debating if i should just paint it black or a grabber green. Needs to be painted to avoid rust.

Since you needed a skid plate, it's obviously going to be scraping the ground all the time and the paint will be worn off anyways.

How strong is that plate? And are you going to add any slots for air to pass through?

Plate is stoupid strong. Its the same plate used for the loading docks ramps. Not really planning to add air slots.just glad to be able to protect the pan. Chicago streets aren't a joke.

Two grade 8 nuts and spacers welded to the subframe and holes drilled through the plate near the back. Pretty solid. The front is just a plate across to keep it pushed up so it has some flex
