Where can I get steam cleaning done?

I would like to get my entire undercarriage steam cleaned off. I used to have access to a wash rack on base, but not anymore.
What places either let me do this myself, or can do this for a fee?
Someone mentioned a "truck wash" for semi-trucks, but I don't know about that. In the San Diego/Temecula area if that helps.

I am not too familiar with steam cleaning, but if all it involves is using a Hotsy type hot water pressure washer then most car dealerships I have seen have them. I can't imagine that on a slow day that they would turn you down if you wanted to have them do it for a small fee. Just a suggestion.

I thought on just running a hose form my water heater to my pressure washer..but was thinking more a place with a rack, chemicals, proper disposal of waste..etc.
Not too keen on my HOA fining me for all the shit that's gonna come off my car.
