Just wondering if anyone has dealt with THMotorsports and what their experience has been with them?
I was looking to purchase a Vibrant 1148 muffler and searched the web and found them. I tried to place the order but ran into three problems which were a bit annoying.
1. I tried to register with the site and it said I would be given a password at a later time or something like that. There was no real form, just enter your email.
2. When I placed the order for the muffler I had selected Canada for country but there was no options to select provinces, it was only states. I had to leave this blank and add a note at the bottom for where to ship.
3. Once I placed the order (this was was my fault) I had both addresses (billing and shipping) the same which was wrong and they order didn't go through.
4. I finally had everything straight, placed the order, got a confirmation order and everything and then several hours later received an email saying they didn't have it in stock, the manufacture was back ordered and they canceled the order. The reason they did this was to ensure they didn't have my money on hold which was good, but I was kind of annoyed that the system allowed me to order a part that was A. Not in stock and B. On a long back order.
Anyway I'm a bit turned off from this but not entirely. I just wanted to know if anyone dealt with them and if I should bother placing an order for another muffler.
